This spring, the Indianapolis Cultural Trail is hosting Flurries on the Canal, a special series to promote the performing arts as a part of Indy Keeps Creating. From 1pm to 3m, a variety of performing artists will be featured at the Walnut Street Basin (next to the Orange Bridge).
